I have kept over 20 lines of pure Endler (poecilia wingei) for about 9 years.
And given the little information, lack of knowledge and little value that was given to these fish, comparing them to simple guppies (Reticulata), I decided to create the blog dedicated to pure Endlers (poecilia wingei).
They are fish that come from Venezuela, specifically from the Cumana basin, capable of withstanding salinity, heavy metals and PH even of 9 in their area of origin, the pipes (sewage sewers and old irrigation waters of Cumana and the Patos Lagoon). and Malagueña).
Since they are very difficult fish to get, I decided to keep them. In addition to the fact that they are more resistant than guppies, their color is more metallic and impossible to find in stores, only the hybrid varieties have a color that has nothing to do...
The original captures were made by Armando Pou in 1997, 1998, 2004 and 2005.
All the lines I maintain are lines that were collected by Armando in those 4 years he traveled from Florida to Venezuela.
