The MC122 PH controller has a scale from 0.0 to 14.4 pH. Its calibration is manual. Its external equipment control block has a dial to set the set point: from 0.5 to 9.5 pH. At the same time that the outdoor equipment is activated, a visual alarm (red LED) will also be activated. Calibration of the MC122 PH controller is manual (in 2 points: pH 7.01 and pH 4.01/10.1)

MC122 PH Controller Installation and Measurement
Connect the 12VDC transformer to the power
Connect the Docking Base to the power supply (white and black socket)
Connect the PH electrode to the base of the meter
Remove the probe protection before any measurement.
Make sure the meter was calibrated before use.
Immerse the pH electrode (2.5 cm) in the liquid in the tank (let it float with the help of a wide polystyrene for example).
Turn on the meter by pressing the ON/OFF button Choose the PH control mode (for PH > set point: press “above” / For pH < set point: press “below”)
Allow the reading to stabilize and the meter will begin continuous monitoring. A visual alarm indicates the moment the measurement exceeds the set point. When the alarm is activated, the docking base is also activated, and from there the auxiliary equipment is turned on.
The set point can be selected by adjusting the center front knob to the desired value.
The selection scale goes from 5.5 to 9.5pH
Calibration: Remove the electrode protection.
Immerse the electrode in a sachet of pH7.01 calibration liquid and wait for the data to stabilize. With the help of a screwdriver, adjust the data to pH7.0
Set the PH4/PH10 button to the PH4.0 data.
The meter is calibrated and ready to measure.
It is advisable to calibrate the meter at least once a month, or after a long period of non-use or after changing the electrode.
