In the PREMIUM line, various pore sizes have been generated that will serve as space to house different types of bacteria that will keep the aquarium's biological filtration cycle stable.

In the vast majority of filters (both internal, backpack and external) or if we do not want to get overly complicated by mixing different sizes, we would exclusively introduce SIZE M. 3) In principle we would reserve the XL size only for very large aquariums with Sump or for a pond since it is quite large.
4) If we have a very small filter compared to the size of the aquarium or the number of fish that inhabit it, the Mini size may be interesting since it will achieve a greater number of bacteria in less space by being able to insert more tubes than with other sizes.

HOW TO USE IT:

1) In the case of the PURE version, rinse under running water before inserting the NEO Media into the filter.
2) The effects on the pH of Neo Media Premium may be affected by the water used or by the elements located inside the urn.
3) Periodic cleaning is recommended to avoid saturation. This should always be done with aquarium water so as not to damage the bacterial colony. It is recommended to replace it every two years.
4) Keep out of reach of children.
5) Due to the use of natural materials, the shape, size or color may differ slightly between various beads.

NOTE: Inside your NEO Media package you will find a small sack with some black spheres. This is a contribution of dormant bacteria that will be activated after contact with water and will help shorten the completion time of the nitrification cycle.
