Features Regal 250-E External Skimmer
The OCTO Regal-E series are external skimmers (outside the sump), built in high quality with acrylic cast body. Additionally, for maintenance, they have easy disassembly and also feature a precision control valve and a hybrid conical body that helps to naturally stabilize and concentrate the organic foam as it rises. Water recirculates within the skimmer for a cleaner water outlet.
Regal -E is powered by Octo's own controllable skimmer pump, the VarioS, which features pin wheel rotors, a detachable controller, a high-quality ceramic shaft and a bearing to reduce wear. It also features the latest variable speed flow technology for refined control, improved performance, energy efficiency and safer operations.
Unlike the vast majority of circulation pumps that use alternating current (AC), the OCTO VarioS pump has several key advantages over traditional AC pumps, including greater energy efficiency, safer operation with a 24 V working voltage and, above all, the variable speed control to adjust the ideal mix of air and water flow in the skimmer.
